Refund & Returns

At Hoxha Vision, we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect selection.

All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, protective case, cleaning cloth, and inserts are included
  • The lenses and frames are free from scratches, marks, stains, or signs of wear
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is available
  • The return request is submitted through our Returns Portal

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage

Return Process

To initiate a return, please process your request via our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be issued electronically and can be used toward any future purchase on Hoxha Vision.

  • Direct exchanges are not available at this time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hoxhavision.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Inspection & Rejection

Hoxha Vision reserves the right to reject returns submitted outside the return window or items not returned in their original condition. If a return is rejected, the item may be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Hoxha Vision.

International Orders

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase at Hoxha Vision.
